Forex Signs Inc, (NFA ID# 0379446) supplies thinking tools for today`s trader. Based in New York, we are seeking to expand our proprietary trading division in Manhattan, New York. Forex Signs, Inc. is a leading US brokerage that offers traders high-speed direct access trading to the Forex market. It provides outstanding 24 hours supporting, enable traders to succeed by providing online trading and a variety of innovative products to serve the needs of investors around the world.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-- Assessing real time market position, market trends and conditions that affect the global capital market to find profitable trading opportunities and to evaluate portfolio market exposure and its risk;

-- Monitoring global news on macro economic and geopolitical events and forecasting relative currency strengths of major countries;

-- Conducting extensive research and observation of how global capital market performs through macroeconomic study in addition to technical analysis;

-- Coordinating appropriate real-time asset biddings and hedging strategies in balancing risk and value in timely manner;

-- Monitoring client orders, providing strategic and tactical advice to clients (when required);

-- After successfully completing the training program and demonstrating consistency and a proven trading record, traders will be executing trades on companyЎ¦s account, maximizing profit while minimizing the risk within market making, positioning and trading within approved limits, policies and procedures; Exercising judgment in the making of timely and accurate trading decisions;

-- Working with other members of the trading and sales group to optimize returns and foster teamwork

Requirements:

-- Minimum of bachelor`s degree from prestigious universities;

-- Must have a solid knowledge of financial products area and sector including market liquidity and volatility, pricing plus trading/hedging strategies;

-- The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and ability to focus and perform under pressure; strong personal discipline and excellent hand-eye coordination and quick reflexes;

-- Be highly accurate and detail oriented, superb data analysis skills with good understanding of mathematics and human psychology;

-- Exude a professional, confident, mature, and self-motivated style

-- Good working knowledge of PC applications (Excel, Word, Access) and MT4 trading systems

**Salary will be paid until trader trainee successfully completed the training session.

PT Career Path and Requirements:

Stage I. Prop Trader Trainee Seminar

It is an one week-long seminar in class room setting learning to analyze global economic data and price movement.

Stage II. Practical Training

Two weeks simulation trading on live data

Stage III. Live Trading

Trader Trainee trades his own live trading account using his or her own capital for two months.

Stage IV Fund Match Trading

FSI will provide capital for only those who pass the below requirements to be Fund Match Trading.

Stage V FSI Proprietary Trader

Trader will close all his personal account and become a full-time FSI Proprietary Trader to trade companyЎ¦s fund.

Requirements and Descriptions for Stage IV Fund Match Trading:

-- Trader Trainee will make at least 3% and $300 net profit for two consecutive months

-- After having satisfied the above requirements for two months, FSI matches 100% of the average daily balance for Trader Trainee during the qualified evaluation period.

-- Losses are split in such way that Forex Signs covers 50% of Proprietary Trader losses and Proprietary Traders themselves cover the other 50% of each loss.

-- Profits are split in such way that Forex Signs takes 25% of Proprietary Trader profits and Proprietary Traders retain 75% of the profit.

-- Profits will be placed in a separate account on the first Saturday of March, June, September, and December. Once funds are available in the separate account, you may choose to withdraw or trade from this account. All open positions must be closed at the time profit is withdrawn; otherwise these funds will not be included in the current month`s account profit transfer.

-- FSI reserve right to withdraw its investment to accounts of Trader Trainee if the equity balance goes below 40%.

-- If a Trader TraineeЎ¦s return falls below 3% for two consecutive months, Forex Signs reserves the right to withdraw the amount invested by the trader.

-- Proprietary Traders must make at least US$300 profit every month, regardless of the size of the account.

Requirements and Description for Stage V FSI Proprietary Traders:

-- Trader Trainee will make at least 3% and $300 net profit in Fund Match Trading for five consecutive months

-- FSI Proprietary Trader will receive base salary and 15% of trading profit with year end bonus.

-- Forex Signs, Inc. reserve right to terminate FSI Proprietary Trader if the equity balance goes below 25% or the monthly return falls below 3% for two consecutive months.
